01 / THE SITUATION
Damaged slab areas had exposed, corroding reinforcement and cracked, delaminating concrete, letting water reach the steel and risking further deterioration.
02 / SCOPE OF WORK

Breakout of damaged concrete to expose the reinforcement and reach sound material.

Cleaning and treatment of the steel, with protective coating applied to the bars.
- 03
Repair of the patch with compatible material, then waterproof coating over the repaired area.

Joints, edges and surrounding concrete checked and sealed so water cannot return.
