01 / THE CHALLENGE
Water was getting through movement joints and cracked decks, staining soffits and corroding steel below. Closing the car park was not an option for the building's tenants.
02 / OUR APPROACH
- 01
Deck survey with cover-meter readings and chloride sampling.
- 02
Crack injection and movement joint replacement on each level.
- 03
Localised concrete repairs before applying a trafficable waterproof deck coating.
- 04
Re-lining and signage reinstated so each level returned to use immediately.
03 / THE OUTCOME
The leaks stopped, the decks were protected against further chloride ingress, and tenants kept parking throughout.
